Location, Location, Location

We build in Victoria's best neighbourhoods

 

 

Location is the first criteria we look at.  We only buy in prime locations such as Oak Bay, Cook Street Village, Fairfield, Willows Beach.  We also consider the following:

  • walkability - how far do you have to walk for groceries?

  • is it close to a micro village preferably with a fabulous coffee shop?

  • proximity to schools, hospitals, shopping, community and recreation centres, beaches, etc... 

  • close to public transit/bicycle network

Once we are satisfied with general location we consider other attributes such as noise, where does the sun rise and set, etc. Once all aspects of the location is settled, we proceed to the design stage.
